A joint police squad in the Montérégie region busted a drug trafficking network on Tuesday.
The police operation led to the arrest of nine suspects.
The suspects were to appear Wednesday at the Longueuil courthouse to face charges of possession for trafficking, drug trafficking and conspiracy.
Also, police executed seven search warrants in Longueuil, St-Amable, Ste-Julie and St-Bruno.
The searches led to the seizure of more than 290 grams of cocaine; 290 grams of crack, nearly 2,000 methamphetamine tablets, 51 grams of crystal meth and more than 650 grams of cannabis.
Also seized were more than $23,400 in cash, 14 cellular devices, equipment for the production of narcotics.
Three vehicles were seized in offence-related property.
